Here is what the Neiman Marcus website say's about the product:
Le Metier de Beaute introduces a new Kaleidoscope Blush Kit complete with four universally flattering shades perfect for creating the ultimate rosy glow.
Four shades in a range of colors and textures allow infinite looks to be created by blending and layering, or simply wearing each shade individually.
Worn on their own, the hues provide a modern look that brings vitality to the cheeks. When layered, the beautiful and balanced combination of the shades creates an effortless, feminine glow.
Blend the matte shades for day, and transition to evening with a sensuousshimmery layer.
Photo taken outdoors in sunlight, no flash was used.
Both of the photos above were taken indoors in a soft box, no flash was used.
*Photos Below: on the left is an indoor shot on the right an outdoor shot. I never use flash.
This is the first shade in the kit is a matte peach shade.
The second shade in the kit is a beautiful matte warm pink.
The third shade in the kit is a beautiful golden apricot and by far the most gorgeous shade. It compliments each shade so beautifully. I've layered it on top of all the other shades and it is just gorgeous.
The fourth shade is a cool frosty pink.
This photo was taken indoors in a soft box and is white balanced. Remember these swatches are heavy and you would have to apply with a heavy hand for them to look like this on your cheeks.

* Here are some photos where I'm using the blush kit in different ways. I wish I would have written down the color combinations because I cannot remember how I mixed them for each picture.
I really love this kit, the colors feel soft and you can tell they are finely milled. I love that it includes matte and shimmery finishes. You really can't go wrong with this palette. I purchased mine at my local Neiman Marcus.

At the moment SO many blogs are showing this kit and it is simply gorgeous. For me it's a torture because here in Germany Le Metier de Beaute is not available...we are living in an unfriendly beauty world over here ;)
ReplyDeleteJule, I am so sorry that they aren't available in Germany. That stinks! Maybe in the future I will do a giveaway of things that are hard to get overseas and open it only to readers on your side of the world ;)
DeleteOh, that sounds great!
DeleteI wanted to purchase Echo, but after seeing this I may get it instead. $95 for 4 or $30 for 1....hmmm =o)

Noelle,
DeleteI compared Echo and if you mix the top shade with the apricot shade they look really similar. I would go with the blush kit...so much fun to use! ;)
