Dior 1-Couleur Eye Gloss in Sunset and Tan: Photos, Swatches and Review

Some other items I picked up from the Dior Summer Croisette Collection were the 1-Couleur Eye Glosses in 750 Sunset and 560 Tan.  I purchased both of them from Sephora during the VIB discount event. They are limited edition and exclusive to Sephora.

Here is what Sephora's website say's about the product:
What it is:
The first eye gloss by Dior in fresh, sparkling shades.

What it does:
This gel eye shadow formula glides on effortlessly for a gorgeous, long-lasting, hydrated look.

L-R: 560 Tan and 750 Sunset

Photograph taken outdoors in sunlight, no flash was used.

Photographs taken indoors without flash.

On the eye looks above I used Sunset all over the lid and Tan on the crease and outer v.

Sunset is described as a "peachy pink shimmer." The gel base looks frosty pink to me and the shimmers are peach and gold colored.  Tan is described as a "bronze shimmer," it does look that way in my opinion and with gold shimmers.  Both colors are gorgeous and frosty looking.  They feel cool and gel like when you apply them and are easy to blend.  Once they dry they are also blendable.  I was able to get 8hrs of wear time without a primer.  After 8hrs there was minimal creasing and fading but not too much.  Don't expect a whole lot of color payoff, but you do get a beautiful shimmery look.

Adriana

  1. What lovely posts and beautiful pictures you make. i enjoy reading them. I bought the eyeglosses as well think there something fun and different you can use them alone or underneath your normal eyeshadow to intensive the colours. I got sunset, tan and azur. And just adore them!

  3. Nawi, Oh how I wish I could visit Holland, maybe one day. I am going to look online and see if I can get my hands on the other two shades. Thanks for the info.
